You don't have to enter this any more, we'll calculate the distance when we analyse the data and produce reports.

However, if you want, you can download and use the Excel file below if you want to find out the distance yourself - it's the same as the one we use.

When you submit the complaint, it will get sent directly to the Airport with a copy to us. ​
